Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule a focused, in-depth landscape consultation, your moment to unload ideas, preferences, challenges, and dreams.

To help you in the planning process during this step, print and fill out this planning questionnaire and discuss your responses with your designer during your appointment.
*Consultation and design fees may apply. Your designer will discuss with you before any work is done.
STEP 3 – Your Vision Becomes a Living Blueprint
We craft a fully custom landscape design plan, built around your goals, lifestyle, and aesthetics. Depending on your project, you may receive:

And when the design calls for it, a high-impact 3D rendering that lets you experience your new space before a single stone is placed, as shown below.
STEP 4 – Design & Proposal Presented
This is the moment everything clicks into place.
Your designer presents the full landscape plan and proposal, clear, detailed, and shaped around your desires. Together, you’ll refine any final adjustments so the design feels exactly right.
Once approved, your project is officially scheduled and the countdown to transformation begins.
STEP 5 – Installation: Your Dream is Now a Reality
Hicks Nurseries / Hicks Landscapes is fully licensed, insured, and driven by craftsmanship. We deliver and install your project with:

We stay connected, follow up, and remain available whenever you need us. To protect the beauty of your new landscape, we provide clear care instructions and stand firmly behind our work.
All trees and shrubs planted by Hicks Landscapes are guaranteed for two years from the date of installation.
For homeowners who want their landscape to look fresh, vibrant, and expertly maintained year-round, we also offer professional seasonal garden maintenance through our Premier Extended Care Services.
